Who I am

This website is operated by Vincent Earl Panoncial (“I”, “me”) under the name OroPress Studio, a WordPress developer offering website development, support, maintenance and webmaster services.

What information I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, your website address (if you provide it), the service you’re interested in, and your message. Submissions are sent to me by email and also saved in this website’s database so no enquiry is lost. The form is powered by the Forminator plugin.

Your IP address may be recorded with a submission to help prevent spam and abuse.

How I use your information

I use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide the services you asked for. I don’t sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a technical cookie if you log in or leave a comment.

This website may link to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

How long I keep your information

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any legal record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Use the contact page to make a request. If you are in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 sets out these rights in full.
